Android Shiva.

This is the new Shiv who prepared himself in order to destroy new age criminals. He had to transform himself into an android with extra powers, strength and intelligence so that he could kill highly advanced criminals engaged in illegal activities. His snake on the other hand remains the same in order to maintain the classic old version of Shiv.
